prodred.
POC commercial offer · Prepared by RevSculpt for Prodred · prodred.com

Reach Shopify DTC brands at the ad-fatigue moment, with their own Meta Ad Library as the opener.

A 60-day POC for one job: prove Prodred can be sold outbound to Shopify brands in Apparel, Home & Garden, Beauty & Fitness, Sports, Toys & Hobbies and Pets, in the US/UK/CA/AU core, without burning the budget on a full-scale launch first. Email and LinkedIn run together as one motion at $6,000/mo, timed by the Ad Library signal engine that reads every target's own ads, cadence and format sprawl in public. Optional add-ons: cold calling $2,000/mo (500 dials + warm follow-ups) and event support $2,000/event (Shopify Editions, SubSummit, ShopTalk, DTC meetups). Two-tier motion: demo-first for Tier 1 ($1M to $30M stores, bigger ACV) and trial-first for Tier 2 ($500K to $1M, PLG install).

01

What you get.

POC scope, 60 days, prepayment monthly. One engine, three components.

01 · THE WEDGE
The Ad Library opener, built from the target's own ads.

Before we write to a brand, we read their public Meta Ad Library page. The opening line is a fact about their own creative cadence (which ad is still running from last month, which format they are shipping to, how long since their last launch). Not a claim about Prodred, a fact about them.

02 · OUTREACH
Email + LinkedIn, tier-appropriate CTA.

Both channels reach the founder, Head of Growth, and Creative Director on the brands scored highest by the signal engine. Tier 1 (bigger ACV) gets a demo CTA with a technical walkthrough on their actual catalog. Tier 2 (SMB Shopify) gets a trial-first ask, driving the Prodred install.

03 · HAND-OVER
Demos and trial installs land on your calendar. Everything built stays yours.

Positive replies routed to you same day. Trial installs pinged to your PLG queue. Demos booked directly with named Admins and Growth leads. All lists, sequences, sending domains, Ad Library intelligence and enriched contacts stay yours at day 60, contract or no contract.

02

Addressable scope.

What we commit to WORKING, not what we project it will yield. Coverage is stated qualitatively; the measured universe is delivered as the first artifact of week 1, before any send goes out.

CriterionThresholdVerification method
Platform Shopify (standard or Plus) Tech-stack detection. The non-negotiable gate for Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Revenue band (Tier 1) $1M to $30M a year Modeled sales estimate per store. Excludes enterprise with in-house studios and sub-$1M stores below the pain floor.
Revenue band (Tier 2) $500K to $1M a year Same modeled estimate. Lower ACV, trial-first motion.
Geography US, UK, CA, AU core. EU expansion (FR, DE, ES, NL, IT) if confirmed in §09. Store country from registration data.
Category Apparel, Home & Garden, Beauty & Fitness, Sports, Toys & Hobbies, Pets Store category. Food & Drink and Health deferred to phase 3 for fit reasons.
Live creative cadence 10+ active ads in Meta Ad Library, at least one new in the last 30 days Ad Library search by page. The only public evidence of live spend.
Catalog depth 50+ SKUs Direct scan of each store's product feed.
Coverage, not projection

We work the full measured Shopify universe inside the agreed geography and vertical. The exact per-vertical count is delivered as the first artifact of week 1, measured against live data (Store Leads filtered export + Meta Ad Library sample + products.json SKU count + people enrichment on the sample). Any number quoted before that artifact lands would be marketing rather than coverage. See §06 "No Projections" clause.

What this POC does not attempt: non-Shopify platforms, enterprise brands with in-house studios above ~$50M a year, single-product and dropshipping stores, print-on-demand, wholesale-only B2B, digital products, courses, services, and marketplace-only sellers without a storefront. These stay phase-3 conversations after the core motion proves out.

03

Who we write to.

Two tiers, six segments, three to four seats per brand. The tier split drives the CTA (demo vs trial); the segment split drives the vertical language; the seat list drives who gets the message.

SegmentSeats we write toTier
Apparel brands on Shopify
The largest Tier 1 cohort. Prodred's own site examples sit here (boots, denim, trousers, gift sets).
Founder, Head of Growth, Creative Director, Performance Marketing Lead 1 (Lead)
Home & Garden brands on Shopify
Furniture, decor, outdoor. Photo-heavy PDP work and format sprawl.
Founder, Head of eCommerce, CMO, Creative Director 1 (Lead)
Beauty & Fitness brands on Shopify
Skincare, cosmetics, supplements, fitness apparel. High creative burn on TikTok and Reels.
Founder, VP Marketing, Performance Creative, Head of Content 1 / 2
Sports, Toys & Hobbies, Pets on Shopify
Smaller cohorts but matching ad-cadence pattern.
Founder, Head of Growth, Ecommerce Manager 1 / 2
Tier 2 SMB Shopify brands
$500K to $1M, lean team, trial-first motion.
Founder, Ecommerce Manager, Growth Manager 2 (Volume, trial-first)
Shopify ecosystem partners
Performance-marketing agencies and Shopify Plus devs who see client creative walls every month.
Managing Partner, Head of Paid, Shopify Plus Lead Channel

The tier split matters: Tier 1 gets sales-assisted precision (demo CTA, human touch, one-to-one). Tier 2 gets PLG-style widenet (trial CTA, install ask, one-to-many). Same signal engine feeds both. The economics of Tier 2 only work if it stays trial-led; the ACV of Tier 1 only justifies human touch if the account clears the segment filter.

Note on titles: at $1M to $3M Shopify brands, the Ecommerce Manager is often the real operator and buyer. We will reach that seat where it shows up as the owner of the creative pipeline, confirmed per campaign.

04

The Ad Library signal engine.

The wedge. Every brand clears the Shopify gate and gets scored against public Meta Ad Library data plus live pain signals (hiring, launch, competitor-switch chatter). The signal becomes the opening line and the queue-jumping trigger.

STEP 01 · GATE
Shopify-usage detection on every candidate brand.

Multi-source detection: tech-stack data, Shopify partner mentions, store registration data, products.json presence. If the brand cannot be confirmed as a Shopify store, it drops out before enrichment costs a dollar.

STEP 02 · AD CADENCE
Meta Ad Library read on every target page.

We scan each target's public Ad Library page. Count of active ads, newest ad start-date, same-creative-run duration, format mix (16:9 vs 9:16), landing-page destinations. This is the opener data source. Not an inference, their own ads.

STEP 03 · FATIGUE + LAUNCH
Active-ad count moving, launches announced.

A brand whose active-ad count dropped 50%+ month-over-month has a creative pipeline that just broke. A brand that just announced a seasonal drop needs 3x to 10x more creative. Both are dated, public, and belong at the top of the queue that week.

STEP 04 · HIRING
Open roles naming the exact Prodred pain.

ATS and LinkedIn scans for Graphic Designer, Content Creator, Performance Creative, Motion Designer, Video Editor roles. Plus job-post language search for "fast creative," "creative velocity," "ad fatigue," and the generators brands are frustrated with (Midjourney, Flair, Pebblely, AdCreative.ai).

STEP 05 · HEADCOUNT
Lean creative team vs ad spend.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator people-count. A $5M Shopify brand running Meta + TikTok + Google PMax with 2 people on design is the exact pain Prodred ships into. The ratio of ad surfaces to design seats is the real intent signal.

STEP 06 · SCORE + WRITE
One variant per activated signal, tier-routed.

Every brand gets a composite score across the 5 signal sources. Tier 1 brands (score high AND $1M-$30M band) route to demo copy. Tier 2 brands route to trial-first PLG copy. The opening line quotes the specific signal that fired ("your Oct 14 ad still running against the one from Sep 2", not "we help Shopify brands").

Why this beats generic DTC outbound: most agencies blast every Shopify brand with "send more creative." This engine only writes to brands with a specific, public, dated pain signal, with an opening line that references the exact ad or the exact job post. Same budget, materially more relevance.

05

Two more audiences we build.

Beyond the Ad Library signal engine (§04), two more audiences get built inside the POC. Both plug into the same engine, the same reply queue, and the same weekly report.

Audience A · The DTC community intent audience

Your buyers already discuss the exact pains in public. Scraping and cross-referencing the DTC community turns those discussions into a named, in-market list of brands.

SIGNAL 01 · DTC SUBREDDITS
Members posting about ad fatigue, creative velocity, agency switches.

r/ecommerce, r/dropship, r/shopify, r/socialmedia full-text search on "ad fatigue," "creative velocity," "agency switch," "Midjourney for ads," "AI product shots." Every author becomes a named intent-audience contact when their post identifies a brand or role.

SIGNAL 02 · G2 + CAPTERRA
Public reviewers of generators and ad-creative tools.

G2 reviews of Flair, Pebblely, AdCreative.ai, Icon.me, Canva Magic Studio and adjacent category. Reviewers who mention brand drift, output rework, or integration gaps become the switch audience. Their public review becomes the opening line reference.

SIGNAL 03 · SHOPIFY ECOSYSTEM
Shopify Editions attendees, SubSummit speakers, ShopTalk sessions.

Session agendas scraped for creative, growth, and performance-marketing talks. Speakers and panelists signal interest publicly and sit at Tier 1 ACV brands by definition. Small pool, extremely high conviction.

SIGNAL 04 · AGENCY SWITCH
Brands between agencies, actively shopping.

LinkedIn and forum chatter about ending agency relationships, RFPs posted, "looking for new creative agency" language on brand founder profiles. These are brands open to a different model, which is exactly Prodred's switch pitch.

How the intent audience plugs in: every named individual identified through these signals gets flagged in the CRM with the specific signal, and jumps the send queue on both channels. The opening line references the signal directly ("your r/shopify thread about ad fatigue" / "your G2 review of AdCreative.ai"). No generic pitch. Included in the base package, no add-on charge.

Audience B · Event attendees

Per-event scrape. Prioritized by geo fit, buyer-persona fit, and attendee-data availability. Priced per event (§06), not per attendee. The list you keep either way.

Post-event follow-up within 72 hours. $2,000 per event, billed on confirmation of the event date.

06

Package and pricing.

One POC package, two optional add-ons. Base is monthly prepayment, invoiced at the start of each month. Email and LinkedIn run together as one motion, not sold apart. Prices are per month; POC term is 60 days.

Terms, No Projections, No Guarantee of Outcomes

Prepayment monthly. Base invoiced at the start of each month, work runs after the invoice is paid. Fees are for the WORK: list build, signal engine, copy, sending infra, reply routing, reporting.

No Projections. RevSculpt does not quote projected meeting counts, trial installs, booked demos, pipeline, revenue or any other outcome number in this offer. Any figure quoted before lists are live and sends are running would be marketing rather than a commitment, and we do not do that.

No Guarantee of Outcomes. Outbound results depend on the market, your product-market fit, your reply handling, the enriched data at the moment of send, and factors outside RevSculpt's control. RevSculpt commits to the effort described above, not to a specific outcome. All results data is measured and reported after the build, in the weekly report.

Post-POC: the $6,000/mo pricing holds as long as the scope holds. No time-based jump at day 60. Adding calling, events, more signal sources, or scaling volume reprices transparently and you decide.

07

What is included.

Detail behind the price. What the $6,000/mo POC actually buys, and what each $2,000 add-on brings on top.

POC PACKAGE · $6,000/mo
Email + LinkedIn as one motion, both tiers, one signal engine.

Infra: dedicated sending domains + managed LinkedIn seats. Mailboxes warmed to safely handle POC volume, SPF/DKIM/DMARC correct, weekly deliverability scan. LinkedIn accounts warmed and paced human.

List: Shopify-usage-detected brands across the 6 target segments (§03). Founder, Head of Growth, Creative Director seats enriched. Every row shows the signal engine score + which of the 4 intent-audience sources (DTC subreddits, G2/Capterra, Shopify ecosystem, agency switch) tagged it.

Tier routing: Tier 1 brands get sales-assisted demo copy, Tier 2 brands get trial-first PLG copy. The tier is set by the signal engine automatically; you can override any account manually.

Copy: one variant per activated signal. An Ad Library opener uses the brand's own ad data. A hiring-signal opener names the role. A G2-review opener quotes the review.

Reply flow: positives routed same day. Trial installs pinged to your PLG queue. Demo requests to your calendar.

Reporting: weekly. Deliverability + replies + trial installs + demos + which signal and channel drove each. Measured, not projected.

ADD-ON · CALLING · $2,000/mo
500 cold dials/mo + warm dials on positive replies.

Cold volume: 500 dials per month, weighted toward Tier 1 founders and Head of Growth where the deal size justifies the touch. Drawn from the same signal-triggered list Email + LinkedIn run against. No random dialing.

Warm follow-ups: every positive email or LinkedIn reply gets a call the same day, before the conversation goes cold. The reply is the permission, the call is the accelerator.

Setup: local US caller-ID, call recording where lawful, call notes logged against the account, meetings booked straight into the calendar of the reply owner you nominate.

Reporting: dials, connect rate, positive replies, meetings booked, folded into the same weekly report as email and LinkedIn.

Runs alongside the POC package. Not sold standalone; the volume math only works when it dials a live signal list.

ADD-ON · EVENTS · $2,000/event
Full pre-event motion, per event booked.

Attendee scrape: the full attendee list built from the event's networking platform (Shopify Events, ShopTalk, SubSummit, eTail, Luma) before the event opens.

Exhibitor enrichment: every exhibiting company enriched with domain, Shopify-usage status, size band, and the seats that own the creative decision.

ICP scoring: every attendee and exhibitor scored against the 6 target segments in §03. You walk in with a ranked shortlist, not a directory.

Reach out: personalised email + LinkedIn to the top-scored contacts in the two weeks before the event, referencing the event by name and offering a slot at your booth or a coffee.

Meetings pre-booked: confirmed slots dropped into the calendars of your named attendees before you land.

Post-event: follow-up sequence to every scanned badge and every no-show, within 72 hours of the event closing.

Priced per event, billed on confirmation of the event date. Recommended events in §05.

08

The 60-day POC plan.

Build weeks 1 to 2. Measure the universe. Send from week 3. Scale and review.

DAYS 1 – 14
Build the list. Measure the universe. Wire the signal engine.

Measured per-vertical universe delivered as the first artifact (Store Leads filtered export + Meta Ad Library sample + products.json SKU counts + enrichment waterfall). Ad Library signal engine stood up (gate detection + 5 signal sources wired). Tier 1 and Tier 2 brands split. Sending domains + LinkedIn accounts bought and warmed in parallel. Copy drafted per activated signal + per tier for your sign-off.

DAYS 15 – 30
First signals fire. First sends. First replies.

Signal engine runs against the full Shopify-gated list. Every brand scored and tier-routed. Sends go live on the first cohort (Tier 1 on precision-timed demos, Tier 2 on widenet trials). Positive replies route same day. Week 4 review of which signals converted, which tier answered, which seats replied.

DAYS 31 – 45
Scale on what is working. Prep event support if bought.

Volume rebalanced by which signals and which verticals are converting. Signal variants tuned to which variant is winning per tier. If event support was added, Shopify Editions or the next Tier 1 event's pre-outreach runs in this window.

DAYS 46 – 60
Steady state. POC report. Decision.

Engine at rhythm on the winning signals, verticals and tier mix. Day 55: POC report delivered with full measured dataset, contact directory, trial-install and demo attribution, and a scale-up recommendation based on observed data. You decide to continue month to month, expand scope, or stop. Every asset stays yours regardless.
